Our booking service – managed by ResDiary (www.resdiary.com) – requires the number of a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. Nothing will be charged to the card provided and the information will only be used to confirm the booking.
However, in case of no-show, fifty euro (50€) per person will be charged to the card and a receipt for the amount charged to the card will be issued. No penalty is applied if the cancellation is made before noon (12 o’clock) the same day of the reservation. To cancel, guests should call 02 2506 2828 or send an email to the following address: email@example.com. The agreement is valid from the moment the restaurant confirms the reservation. In case of changes to the date of the reservation, the final date is effective and the agreement operates under the same conditions.
IYO uses a safe internet connection. IYO is not responsible for eventual losses of data or security failures on the platform belonging to third parties and used for the management of the reservation service.
