Opened in 2007 by Claudio Liu, IYO Taste Experience is a Japanese cuisine restaurant with a strong international footprint. It brings together traditions of the Rising Sun with contemporary concepts and techniques of western origin. It combines Eastern rigor and European creativity.
It firmly believes in the importance of the restaurant’s dining room as well as a warm, discreet, professional service. Only the successful combination of these two factors can deliver a true culinary experience.
In 2014 IYO Taste Experience was awarded a Michelin star, the first time for a Japanese restaurant in Italy.
