Opened in 2007 by Claudio Liu, IYO Experience is a Japanese cuisine restaurant with a strong international footprint. It brings together traditions of the Rising Sun with contemporary concepts and techniques of western origin.
The menu combines Eastern rigor and European creativity, showcasing a variety of dishes from its main kitchen and sushi counter.
In 2014 it was awarded a Michelin star, the first time for a Japanese restaurant in Italy.
